Terms & Conditions
Understanding our learning services, enrolment process, responsibilities, and important policies.
Welcome to {igebra.ai}. These Terms & Conditions describe the conditions for using our website and participating in our online educational programmes. Our goal is to provide a clear, supportive learning experience for students and their families. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in a programme or using our services.
01. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website located at www.igebra.ai and educational services provided by igebra AI, Inc., operating as {igebra.ai}.
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean igebra AI, Inc. References to "you" include website visitors, parents or guardians purchasing services, and students participating in educational activities, as appropriate.
By purchasing or using a programme, the contracting parent or guardian agrees to the applicable Terms, together with any specific enrolment conditions disclosed before purchase.
These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
02. Our Educational Programmes
{igebra.ai} provides online educational programmes designed to help students build knowledge, confidence and problem-solving skills.
Our programmes include:
- US Math: Mathematics learning for Grades 1–10
- Accelerated Math: Advanced and accelerated mathematics learning
- AiEdge: Artificial Intelligence education for Grades 4–10
- Coding4Ai: Python Programming education for Grades 4–10
We may also offer workshops, summer programmes, free demos, and other educational activities.
Programme structure, curriculum, class duration, schedule, educator availability, and pricing may vary by programme and enrolment.
The programme description and purchase information supplied before enrolment identify the specific service being purchased.
03. Eligibility & Registration
Our programmes are intended for students within the relevant age, grade, or learning-level requirements of each programme.
Registration for a minor should be completed or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
During registration, parents or guardians may need to provide accurate contact details, student grade information, programme preferences, and other information necessary to arrange the service.
Parents are responsible for reviewing the programme details and ensuring that the selected programme is suitable for their child's needs.
Children's Privacy: Where verifiable parental consent is required by law for the collection or use of children's personal information, an ordinary registration form does not necessarily replace that requirement.
Registration does not guarantee a particular timetable or class place until the enrolment is confirmed.
04. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians play an important role in supporting a successful online learning experience.
We ask parents and guardians to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information
- Ensure the student has suitable internet access and a device for participating in classes
- Communicate relevant scheduling or learning-support concerns
- Encourage regular attendance and completion of learning activities
- Support respectful communication with educators and other students
- Supervise children's use of external websites or tools where appropriate
Parents should also inform our team when contact details or important enrolment information change.
05. Enrolment, Scheduling & Classes
Classes are conducted online according to the schedule communicated for the relevant programme or student enrolment.
Class frequency, duration, group size, programme length, and educational resources depend on the specific programme selected.
Class schedules
We aim to communicate confirmed class timings and important scheduling updates to parents or guardians.
Educator availability
If an educator becomes unavailable, we may need to arrange a replacement educator or propose a revised session time.
Programme adjustments
Reasonable updates to curriculum, learning materials or class delivery may be made to support educational quality.
Where a change materially affects the service a family has purchased, we will address the situation in accordance with the applicable enrolment agreement and law.
06. Fees & Payments
Programme fees depend on the course, plan and enrolment arrangement selected.
The price, payment frequency, and any applicable additional charges should be disclosed to the parent or guardian before purchase.
Payment must be made using the method agreed or presented during enrolment.
Recurring payments
If an enrolment includes recurring billing or automatic renewal, the billing frequency, renewal arrangement and cancellation method must be disclosed before the parent authorises the charges.
Recurring charges require the consent and disclosures required by applicable law.
Payment questions
Parents who believe a payment was incorrect or unauthorised should contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms removes any applicable rights to dispute unauthorised charges.
07. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements may depend on the programme purchased and the specific enrolment conditions communicated to the parent or guardian.
Student absence
If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, parents should notify the team as soon as reasonably possible.
The availability of a rescheduled class, replacement session or recording may depend on the programme and circumstances.
Cancellation requests
Parents can submit cancellation enquiries or requests using our official contact channels.
Where a programme includes recurring payments, cancellation arrangements must comply with applicable law and the terms disclosed at enrolment.
Refund requests
Refund requests are considered according to the applicable enrolment agreement, the services purchased and any mandatory consumer protection rights.
Where a refund is legally required, it will be handled in accordance with that obligation.
Important: Before paying, parents should review the cancellation, renewal and refund terms presented for their selected programme.
08. Student Attendance & Conduct
We aim to provide a respectful, inclusive and supportive online learning environment.
Students are expected to:
- Treat educators and fellow students respectfully
- Participate appropriately in educational activities
- Avoid bullying, harassment, discriminatory language or disruptive conduct
- Use learning platforms responsibly
- Respect other students' personal information and learning materials
Parents should contact us promptly if they become aware of a classroom safety or conduct concern.
We may take proportionate steps to address serious or repeated misconduct, including communicating with a parent or guardian and restricting participation when necessary for safety.
Any consequences affecting paid services remain subject to applicable agreements and law.
09. Online Classes & Recordings
{igebra.ai} conducts live classes using Zoom.
Some sessions may be recorded to help students revisit lessons, review explanations and revise previously covered concepts.
Recording retention
3–6 Months: Class recordings are generally retained for approximately three to six months before deletion as part of our recording management process.
Use of recordings
Class recordings and access links are intended for authorised educational use.
Students and parents should not publish, distribute, sell or publicly upload class recordings without appropriate authorisation.
Recordings may contain the names, voices, images or contributions of educators and students.
Recording, access and disclosure practices are subject to applicable privacy, consent and other legal requirements.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
10. Learning Materials & Intellectual Property
Educational resources supplied by {igebra.ai} may include lesson presentations, worksheets, recorded lessons, practice exercises, curriculum materials, graphics and other content.
Unless otherwise stated, materials owned by igebra AI, Inc. or used with appropriate permission remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Families may use materials provided through a programme for the student's personal, non-commercial educational use, subject to the relevant usage conditions.
Without permission, users must not:
- Sell or commercially redistribute course materials
- Publicly upload restricted class recordings
- Reproduce substantial portions of proprietary course content for commercial purposes
- Remove or misrepresent ownership notices
Students retain ownership of their own original work, except where a separate lawful agreement provides otherwise.
11. AI Tools & External Learning Platforms
Some of our programmes introduce artificial intelligence concepts and applications.
Students are not routinely required to use external AI tools in every class.
Where appropriate, third-party tools such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini may be considered for an educational activity.
Use of such tools depends on the provider's age requirements, terms, relevant parental permissions and applicable privacy law.
Students should not disclose sensitive personal information to external AI tools.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed rather than treated as automatically reliable.
12. Acceptable Website Use
Visitors may access our publicly available website for lawful personal, informational and educational purposes.
Users must not knowingly:
- Attempt unauthorised access to restricted accounts or systems
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with website security
- Misuse another person's personal information
- Impersonate another user or misrepresent their authority
- Use website content in ways that infringe applicable intellectual property rights
We may take reasonable measures to protect the website and its users from misuse.
13. Educational Outcomes
Our programmes are designed to help students strengthen understanding and build practical learning skills.
However, educational progress differs depending on factors such as prior knowledge, attendance, practice, engagement and individual learning needs.
Unless expressly included in a specific programme agreement, participation does not guarantee:
- A particular academic grade or examination result
- Admission to a particular school or institution
- Success in a competition or assessment
- A professional certification or employment outcome
Any specific programme commitments made at the time of purchase remain applicable.
14. Privacy & Personal Information
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
That policy explains matters including registration data, children's privacy, Zoom recordings, website tracking, retention and privacy rights.
You can review the policy here:
Where consent is required by law, merely using the website or accepting these Terms does not replace the required consent process.
15. Service Availability & Liability
We aim to provide reliable educational services and accurate website information.
Online services may occasionally be affected by technical difficulties, internet disruptions, maintenance or third-party platform interruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to address service issues within our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
Questions or complaints about an interruption to a purchased service may be directed to our team for review in accordance with the enrolment agreement and applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our website, programmes or operating practices evolve.
Updated Terms will be published on this page.
Changes affecting an existing paid enrolment will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
A new website version of these Terms does not automatically override mandatory consumer rights or previously agreed contractual protections.
17. Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protection requirements.
If you have a concern relating to an enrolment, payment or service, we encourage you to contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law.
