“If you have been blessed, be a blessing to others”- Bill Campbell.
If you’ve been fortunate enough to have a good life, it’s important to give back to those who haven’t been as lucky. Everyone deserves a chance to have a good life, and no one should be left behind. When you encounter people who are less fortunate than you, it can help put your own life into perspective. It’s a reminder that we all have struggles and that we all need help sometimes. Seeing the challenges that others face can make you appreciate what you have, and it can also motivate you to want to help make a difference in the world. Giving back doesn’t just make the world a better place, it also makes you feel good.
As we approach Christmas Eve, We at {igebra.ai} decided to make a difference at Helping Hands Humanity Home in Secunderabad, Telangana. The orphanage house was situated close to the national highway, in the heart of the city. Our visit there was filled with smiling little children who welcomed us with an enthusiastic heart. In the orphanage, around sixty children were standing there gazing with their limpid eyes at us with wonder, excitement, yet hope.

In the beginning, we sang Christmas carols together and then the kids participated in fun activities. We introduced ourselves one by one to them. This was an altogether different feeling; the children looked delighted, and we were left wondering what this organization is doing to these kids. It was honestly a surprise to us.

As part of our initiative, to provide quality Math education for all children. The Children then were given tutoring sessions on basics of mathematics by our educators, which they greatly appreciated. We then held a math quiz where the children showed their active participation and a few among them received medals for their outstanding efforts.

The kids were then eager to showcase their talents as they shared their artforms with us. This presented us an opportunity to get a sneak peak at their interests and penchant for life as they danced, sung and performed for all of us. In their interviews, the members said that these social windows gave the children confidence and made them believe in their abilities.
In a world where technology is constantly changing and being applied in new ways, we need to teach kids how to adapt quickly and keep up with technology. We at {igebra.ai} hold a creative coding platform through which children are enabled to express their ideas effectively, learning the language of the computer. As we approached the final segment of our program, We were elated to present this with the children and how coding can be applied creatively and learning how to code is fun.
Lastly, we marked the end of our program with Christmas treats for all the children which they dearly enjoyed.

A visit to an orphanage is a life-changing experience as it is filled with emotions and sentiments. Our experience of seeing those children with sporadic resources made us realize how fortunate we are and how much we take for granted. Through this experience we also realized how blessed we are to have a family who loves and supports us.
“Our achievements are not the legacies we leave behind, it is the impact we made on other people”
